The physical or registered business address of your organization. Used for regional or location-based grant matching.
b. Company Profile

We input your company profile and address into our AI models to analyze eligibility criteria and match you with suitable grants from a curated database of opportunities.
b. Service Delivery and Improvement
• Delivering personalized grant alerts and application guidance.
• Enhancing our algorithm through aggregate learning (without identifying you individually).
• Optimizing user experience and platform performance.
c. Communication
• Sending service-related updates (e.g., platform changes or outages).

Note: We do not use your data for profiling unrelated to grants, nor do we sell or rent your information to third-party marketers.

• Actively provide your information (e.g., company address and profile) through our platform registration form.
• Agree to receive tailored grant recommendations, alerts, and updates.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or adjusting your preferences, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing based on that consent.
Certain processing activities are essential for the performance of a contract between you and us. Specifically, we must collect and use your data to:
• Create and maintain your subscriber profile;

In certain cases, we are required by law to process your data. This includes instances where we need to:

We retain your company data for six (6) months from the date of collection or last update. After this period:
• Your data will be automatically and permanently deleted from our primary servers and backup systems.
• You may choose to re-submit your company profile after deletion to continue receiving services.
• You may also request deletion of your data at any time before the end of the six-month period by contacting us (see Section 10).
We do not sell, rent, or disclose your data to third parties for commercial purposes. However, we may share your data in the following limited scenarios:
• Service Providers: With vendors who provide hosting, AI infrastructure, or analytics services under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: Where disclosure is mandated by a court order, law enforcement request, or applicable law.
• Protection of Rights: When necessary to detect or prevent fraud, security breaches, or harm to users.

We have reasonable security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and interception by third parties of the information under our control, but, to the extent allowed by law, Applai assumes no liability for any damage you may suffer as a result of interception, alteration or misuse of information transmitted over the Internet.
